about me

Sara Snoddy is studying journalism and English at Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, TN, and will graduate with her BS in 2017. She has minors in Writing and English and plans to complete a Masters in publishing and editing. Entertainment writing with a focus on film and television is her area of interest. Snoddy is staff writer for Sidelines, MTSU’s student-run newspaper, where she writes film, TV, theatre, and album reviews, recaps, op-eds and the occasional newsie. She is also a reporter for Studio M and has contributed to The Tennessean. Snoddy has hopes of becoming a screenwriter and a published author of drama, fiction and non-fiction works. Her photographic work has been published in Collage: a Journal of Creative Expression, a student-run publication sponsored by the MTSU Honors College. Snoddy has been a part of the visual staff as a reviewer and is a fiction editor for the literature staff, as well as a proofreader for Scientia et Humanitas, a student-run Honors journal of academic research. When she is not at school, she can be found in her home cuddling with her dog, developing her honors thesis and eagerly awaiting the return of How to Get Away with Murder and American Horror Story.
